Mission 27 of 90Story mission
Brucie has entered a street race and does not intend to drive in it. His own Banshee will not start, so the car for the job is Stevie's Comet, and Niko collects it, wins the race and drives Brucie home.
The Comet is the reward as much as the fee, and Brucie's own race series opens on the back of it.
Nudging the car in front on the start line begins the race early, which puts Niko somewhere other than last before it has properly started.
The Comet is a sensitive car, so it wants easing through the corners rather than holding the throttle down and fighting it. Rain and heavy traffic both make the route harder, and racing at night with the lights on is a reasonable answer to the second.
The drive home is untimed. Brucie's races open on completion, and Stevie's stolen-car texts start arriving shortly after.
