Briefing
The last of Francis's contracts is a sniping job with a problem in it: the target will not come outside. Niko takes a rooftop above the dealer's apartment off Denver Avenue and has to draw him into the open before the rifle is any use.
It is a short job with one trick in it, and the trick is the ammunition: the rounds for the rifle are in the car at the start, and a rooftop is a long way to come back down from.
Objectives
- Get ammo for your sniper rifle from the car
- Make your way to the dealer's apartment off Denver Avenue
- Go to the rooftop
- Lure the dealer into the open and take him out
- Leave the rooftop
Walkthrough
Ammunition first
The car at the start carries the sniper ammunition and the objective is easy to drive past. Running the magazine dry on the roof means the game sending Niko to find more, which is a climb back down.
The roof, and the lure
The dealer stays inside, so the mission asks Niko to draw him into the open before taking the shot. Leaving the roof afterwards is its own objective and is unopposed.
