GTA IV: The Ballad of Gay Tony

Not So Fast

Mission 16 of 26Story mission

01/03

Briefing

Ray Boccino has the diamonds and is selling them inside the Libertonian, and Tony sends Luis to stop it. Luis climbs down scaffolding onto a museum window, opens fire on a deal already going badly, and leaves in a helicopter.

It is the third and last view of the museum afternoon. Niko is in the building, Johnny is in the building, and this is the man on the outside shooting in — the same twenty minutes told for the third time and the only telling in which anybody gets the diamonds.

Walkthrough

  1. In from the roof

Yusuf's helicopter goes to the top of the Libertonian and the way in is down scaffolding to a window above the exchange.

  2. Shoot the deal apart

The window is a firing position over a room that is already coming apart. The scoring here is unusually forgiving on precision and unusually tight on the clock — four thirty-five, and under twenty per cent damage to Luis.

  3. Out, and the police helicopters

Leaving is by helicopter again, with police aircraft in pursuit that have to be brought down. The airframe carries its own condition — under eighty per cent damage — so this is a fight to finish quickly rather than circle.
