GTA IV: The Ballad of Gay Tony

This Ain't Checkers

Mission 15 of 26Story mission

01/04

Briefing

Mori's idea of a business meeting is a race, and this one runs across three vehicles: a car to the heliport, a jump, a boat, and a car again. It is a triathlon with money on it and Mori narrating.

The reward for finishing is a lime-green Bullet GT that stays available afterwards, which is a better payment than the thousand dollars attached to it.

Objectives

  1. Get in the car
  2. Go to the heliport
  3. Get in a boat
  4. Get in a car
03/04

Walkthrough

  1. Lead from the start

The condition that decides this run is holding first place for the whole race rather than winning it at the end, so falling behind at any leg costs it even if the finish is comfortable.

  2. Land in a boat

The transition at the heliport is a free fall onto the water, and the scoring asks for Luis to come down in one of the boats rather than beside them.

  3. Finish in the car

The last leg is back on the road, with no damage permitted anywhere across the seven and a half minutes.
