Briefing
Mori's last job is stealing cars, and the third man on it is his younger brother — the only time in the episode Brucie Kibbutz appears outside a cutscene. The two of them bicker through a multi-storey car park and then race each other across the city.
It is a light mission in a story that is running out of light, and it pays in vehicles: an F620 and a Bullet GT become available from Henrique afterwards.

Walkthrough
Work the platform twice
The car park sequence is mechanical rather than dangerous: lower the platform for Brucie, then again for Luis, and get into the car.
Keep up, at a hundred and forty
The run afterwards is scored on staying close to the brothers throughout and on touching 140mph somewhere in it, which means the straight sections are where the speed condition is met rather than the corners.
Twenty per cent, no more
The vehicle has to arrive under twenty per cent damage, so the pursuit is a balance between the speed condition and the bodywork one.
