Briefing
Mori Kibbutz is Brucie's older brother, and where Brucie is loud about being ridiculous Mori is simply unpleasant about it. He has business at the docks in Broker that needs a bodyguard, and the business turns out to be men with a rocket launcher.
The mission ends in a boat chase across the water, which is the first of the three that Mori's strand is really about — every one of his jobs is a race with somebody's dignity attached.

Clear the dockside
The rivals have to be dealt with before the water section opens, with ten headshots and seventy per cent accuracy wanted across it.
The rocket launcher is less dangerous than it looks
The man carrying it fires at the ground ahead rather than tracking Luis, so a direct hit is unlikely — but the scoring asks for him to be killed before he gets a shot away at all, which makes him a priority target rather than a hazard to dodge.
The chase, at seventy
The escaping boats have to be run down and destroyed. Two conditions ride on the boat rather than on Luis: keeping its damage under sixty per cent, and touching seventy miles an hour at some point during the pursuit.
