The story
Missions

Liberty City from overhead, and from the Triads' side of it. Huang Lee arrives with a ceremonial sword for his uncle and is robbed, shot and left in the water before he can hand it over.
After that, everyone is a suspect, the helpful ones included. Rudy D'Avanzo of the Messina family offers an alliance against the Triads while playing several sides of the same war. Huang is not short of people to ask about his welcome.
