Spand Express
CarsGTA: Vice City
A delivery firm's box truck, and a Vice City nameplate with no other appearance anywhere in the series. It is a Mule underneath — a reworked front and a livery over a body the franchise has carried since Liberty City — and it is a separate record because the game gives it a separate name. The Spand Express is a car in GTA: Vice City.

The delivery firm's box truck, a Mule with a reworked front and the company's livery over it. It never appears in traffic: the only three in the city sit in the Spand Express lockup during Riot, and the player keeps whichever one they are not sent to destroy.
