The offshore version of the Merryweather job: the crew takes a prototype device off a guarded vessel using the submersible and lifts it clear by helicopter, with Merryweather in pursuit the whole way out.
One of two versions. Neither is the profitable one — this is the heist the story arranges to have nothing to show for.

Salvager allows two minutes to find the container, located with the Trackify app rather than by sight.
The submersible is recovered with the Cargobob's grappling hook, which needs the helicopter held steady above it.
Show no Mercenary asks for every Merryweather pursuer destroyed and Weathering the Storm for the pursuit broken inside four minutes. The mission ends with the sub released on a low pass over the airstrip.
4 criteria, all of which have to be met in a single run. Failing one does not fail the mission — it costs the medal.
