Briefing

The freighter version of the same job: Michael boards the ship and plants charges while Franklin covers him and Trevor recovers the cargo underwater.

The quieter of the two approaches, and the one whose Gold Medal rewards stealth — twelve stealth kills and an interior reached without raising an alarm.

Objectives

12 objectives, in the order the mission gives them.

  1. Get in a vehicle
  2. Drive to the bridge
  3. Go to the vantage point
  4. Protect Michael as he plants the bombs
  5. Plant the first bomb at the bow pillar
  6. Plant the second bomb at the first mast
  7. Plant the third bomb at the second mast
  8. Go to the ship's stern entrance
  9. Detonate the bombs
  10. Locate the device amongst the wreckage
  11. Go to the device
  12. Return the device to the safe area

Walkthrough

  1. Boarding unseen

    No Alarms and Ninja are earned on the same approach — twelve stealth kills on the way to the charges. Plant the sticky bombs rather than throwing them, which avoids drawing attention.

  2. The three charges

    Bow pillar, first mast, second mast, in that order, with a ladder used after the first one is placed. Trevor is in the submersible and Franklin covers from an overpass.

  3. The wreck

    Container Hunter allows one minute underwater, and the container is found by following the red flashing light rather than by sweeping the debris.

04/05

Gold Medal

5 criteria, all of which have to be met in a single run. Failing one does not fail the mission — it costs the medal.

  1. Headshots

    Kill 12 enemies with a headshot.

  2. Accuracy

    Finish with a shooting accuracy of at least 80%.

  3. Ninja

    Kill 12 enemies using stealth attacks.

  4. Container Hunter

    Find the container within 01:00.

  5. No Alarms

    Reach the ship interior without triggering an alarm.
