The same store taken quietly. The crew goes in over the roof, drops gas through the ventilation, and empties the cabinets while the shop is unconscious — then leaves the same way the loud crew does, through the sewers and down the river.
The setup is longer and the entry is calmer, but the escape is identical. The choice between the two approaches changes the first half of the heist and almost nothing about the second.
The roof section is untimed, so there is nothing to gain by rushing it. The fifty-second grab timer does not start until you are inside the shop.
The same two criteria pull against each other as in the loud version — speed and completeness. First-person and a single circuit of the room is the way to hold both, and a good gunman is what makes twenty cabinets reachable at all.
Franklin's survival is scored. Deal with anything flanking him first; your own damage is not what the criterion measures.
