Briefing
A developer with a past, holed up on a construction site with security. Franklin fights up through the structure and finishes the job by bringing the target's helicopter down from the roof.
The last of the optional contracts, and the most involved of the five.

Walkthrough
Up the site
The rooftop is reached through the unfinished floors, and finding the lifts is an objective in its own right.
No Fly Zone
Enzo Bonelli leaves by helicopter, and the criterion asks for the aircraft brought down. Bring a rocket launcher for it.

GoldCoast is the share bought before this one. The escape from the rooftop afterwards is unscored.
