Optional, and the only one of the five whose medal asks for a specific and faintly absurd method: the target killed with the bus.

Walkthrough
The route
The bus has to be taken and then driven along its stops until Isaac Penny boards.
Hit and Run
The criterion requires the bus itself to be the weapon. Shooting him completes the mission and forfeits the medal.

Vapid is the share this contract moves, and it is bought after the hit rather than before.

3 criteria, all of which have to be met in a single run. Failing one does not fail the mission — it costs the medal.
