Solomon's producer has been arranging things behind his back, and Michael goes to explain the studio's position to him in person.
It is the shortest medal in the game — a single three-minute time criterion — and it ends with Michael getting the screen credit he has wanted since he arrived.
A reliable approach is to snipe Rocco from a distance under Michael's special ability, then take Gianni as he gets out of the car.
The pair run for it in a Fugitive, and the mission follows them through the streets of Los Santos.
The only criterion is the clock, and skipping the dialogue is what brings it inside.
One criterion, and it has to be met in a single run. Failing one does not fail the mission — it costs the medal.
