Devin's cars have to reach a ship, and everyone paid to stop that happening is already on the road. Franklin defends the transporter from a car with countermeasures fitted.
The last job for Devin before the relationship becomes the thing the endings are about.

Walkthrough
The JB 700
The car is scored for damage across the whole mission, so drive alongside the Packer rather than in front of it.
Shredder
Three police cars taken out with the car's spikes specifically. Sitting beside the truck is what puts you where they can be deployed.
The clock
Twelve minutes to Procopio Truck Stop near Paleto Bay, with the pursuit beginning a few miles out. Starting as Franklin is the quickest way to stay inside it.
Gold Medal
3 criteria, all of which have to be met in a single run. Failing one does not fail the mission — it costs the medal.
