Trevor settles matters with the two people he has been living with, takes over a strip club, and then sits down with Michael and Lester to discuss the Union Depository.
Its Gold Medal is a single four-minute time criterion, which makes it one of the least demanding medals in the campaign and one of the least comfortable missions in it.
The mission is a single marker followed by a long run of dialogue and a short confrontation, which is why its objective list has one line in it.
The time criterion is tight only because the mission is mostly cutscene. Skipping them is the whole of it.
Trevor takes the Vanilla Unicorn, and Lester puts the Union Depository to Michael. There is no second criterion to chase here.
One criterion, and it has to be met in a single run. Failing one does not fail the mission — it costs the medal.
