Briefing

Another car for Devin, this one hidden. Franklin takes a helicopter up with thermal imaging while Trevor works the ground, and the search is the mission.

It is the clearest example of the game's division of labour between the two of them, and the medal rewards patience — three overheard conversations and finding the hiding place first time.

Objectives

  1. Go to the police front desk
  2. Get to the helicopter
  3. Get in the helicopter
  4. Fly to Franklin's location and scan him
  5. Scan the targets in Hawick
  6. Scan the next set of targets
  7. Track Chad Mulligan to his parked car
  8. Zoom in on a heat source that could be Chad in the Z-Type
  9. Get in the Z-Type
  10. Get the car to the airport in good condition
  11. Get to the airport exit

Walkthrough

  1. The scans

    Franklin flies a police helicopter with a thermal camera while Trevor works the ground. Eavesdropper wants three conversations heard, so listen to all three that are offered.

  2. I See You

    The criterion allows one guess at Chad Mulligan's hiding place. He is the leftmost person visible on the thermal view.

  3. The Z-Type

    The car is scored for damage on the run to the airport, and nothing is timing the delivery.

Gold Medal

3 criteria, all of which have to be met in a single run. Failing one does not fail the mission — it costs the medal.

  1. Not a Scratch

    Deliver the Z-Type with no damage.

  2. Eavesdropper

    Listen to 3 conversations.

  3. I See You

    Find the hiding place on the 1st attempt.
