Cesar's cousin turns out to be Catalina, and Carl meets her at The Welcome Pump in Dillimore. She is not interested in a date and she is not pretending to be: she has already cased four soft targets across Red County and she wants a partner for them.
The four are a liquor store in Blueberry, a bank in Palomino Creek, a filling station in Dillimore and a betting shop in Montgomery, and all four open up the moment this scene ends. There is no gameplay in the scene itself — it is the briefing for a strand of the campaign the player is free to run in any order.

Home in Los Santos after five years in Liberty City for his mother's funeral, and stopped by the same two police officers who drove him out. Rebuilding the family's standing turns into rebuilding most of the state's.
