Briefing

Big Smoke is in a fortified crack house with four floors between him and the front door, and the door needs a SWAT tank to open. Carl and Sweet go in together and the mission works upward through the building to the penthouse.

Then the lights go out, then the building catches fire, and then Tenpenny takes a fire truck and Sweet ends up hanging off the back of it. It pays $250,000 and it is the end of the story — the last mission, the last of C.R.A.S.H., and the last thing Carl does before Grove Street is Grove Street again.

Objectives

Get in the car with Sweet
Drive to Big Smoke's crack fortress
Get a SWAT tank to breach the reinforced entrance
Ram through the fortress entrance
Work up through floors one to three to reach the penthouse
Confront Big Smoke on the fourth floor
Retrieve the thermal goggles after the lights are cut
Escape the burning building using night vision
Use the fire extinguisher to get through the fire
Follow Tenpenny in the fire truck and protect Sweet

Walkthrough

The SWAT tank
The door will not open to anything else, and the tank has to be found and brought back before the mission proper starts. Its water cannon is also the most effective thing in the game for clearing a doorway.
Four floors
The fortress is cleared upward and each floor is held. Sweet fights alongside throughout, and the building is the longest sustained interior fight in San Andreas — ammunition brought in matters more than anything picked up.
Out in the dark
The lights are cut after Big Smoke and the goggles are on the floor where they fall. The extinguisher clears the fire in the stairwell the same way it did in Burning Desire, which is the game closing a loop from the first act.
The fire truck
The last objective is a chase in which Sweet is hanging off the back of Tenpenny's truck and taking damage. Protecting him is the objective rather than destroying the truck — driving alongside so he can be pulled clear is what ends it.
