Briefing
Another of Vlad's debtors, and this one runs. A laundromat owner throws a basket of washing at Niko and bolts through the back of his own shop, and the mission becomes a pursuit in which the van he escapes in has to be stopped.
A wanted level comes with it and does not much matter — the mission is over once the money is in hand.

Walkthrough
Inside the laundromat
The owner throws a basket of clothes and runs for the back of the shop. Follow him through rather than round.
After the van
He leaves in a van and any car on the street will do to follow it. The route runs through Broker's tighter streets.
Stopping the van
Ramming is what the objective asks for and it works. Shooting at the van as well brings it to a stop sooner, which is worth doing — and the wanted level that comes with the noise goes when the money is collected.

Gives the job
A loan shark working out of a Hove Beach bar who holds Roman's debt and mistakes Niko for somebody who will tolerate him.
