Mission 81 of 90Story mission
Jon Gravelli is dying in a private room at the Schottler Medical Center and is still the most useful contact Niko has. His jobs come with the United Liberty Paper contact's approval attached, which is how the two strands finally join up.
The first is an escort: a union man arriving at Grand Easton Terminal who somebody intends to kill before he reaches City Hall.
Stay with the lead car rather than navigating independently. The ambush is scripted to a place, and it opens with a rocket into the first vehicle.
Take Bobby into the alley and fight from it — it is the cover, and there is health in there that comes back. Clear the attackers at ground level, then get up onto the roof, which puts Niko above the rest of them.
Cars follow. They can be fought or simply outrun — or, if there is a bus behind the convoy, taken from inside it: the Russians' small arms will not destroy it, and their pursuers can be shot through the windscreen without Niko getting out at all.
Who this mission brings together, and the ground it covers.
