Mission 7 of 22Story mission
Billy needs the stolen heroin turned into money and Elizabeta Torres has a buyer, so Johnny carries a package to a third-floor room in Broker and meets the two men waiting in it. One of them is Niko Bellic. The other, eventually, is a police officer.
This is the episode's first crossing into GTA IV proper — the same room, the same raid, the same stairwell, played from the other man's shoulder. A reader who knows Blow Your Cover already knows how it ends and has never seen it from here.
Brian Jeremy hands the heroin over in Dukes; the meet itself is three floors up in a building in Broker. A combat shotgun is lying near the stairs on the ground floor and is worth picking up on the way in.
The sale collapses when the two buyers turn out to be undercover LCPD and NOOSE officers come in behind them. Clearing the room means four inside and two more on the landing.
Every floor on the way down holds roughly three more officers. A shotgun or the grenade launcher clears rooms fastest, and six of them wait in the open outside — the second-floor window is a position to thin that group from before stepping into it.
The back door is the quicker way to a motorcycle at the cost of meeting more police on the way. Whichever exit is used the wanted level has to go, either at a Pay 'n' Spray or by outrunning it.
