Briefing
Luis's mother owes money to a man called Santo, and the way the debt gets settled is in a cage in Northwood with Luis in it. The mission is a fist fight in three rounds and the only one in the episode where the story asks a question the player answers with their hands.
Taking the dive is offered and costs half of Luis's health to accept, which is the episode's blunt way of saying which ending it thinks is the real one. Killing Santo afterwards is optional and the mission does not press.

Walkthrough
Three rounds in the cage
The fight is unarmed and structured, and the two things the scoring rewards are the two the crowd is there for: pinning an opponent against the spectators so he cannot back away, and answering an attack with a counter rather than a swing.
Winning and diving are different missions
Throwing the fight requires losing half of Luis's health, which puts the damage condition out of reach — a player going for the full score has to win. Whether Santo is killed afterwards is left to the player and the objective list marks it optional.
