Briefing
A gossip blogger who calls himself the Celebinator has been writing about Tony's clubs and Tony wants a meeting arranged. Luis drops Tony and Gracie Ancelotti at Gracie's house and then goes to an internet cafe to make contact from a machine nobody can trace back.
There is nothing to shoot in it. The mission is two drives and a keyboard, and its scoring says so — a clock and a demand that the car arrive unmarked.

Tony and Gracie go to her house first. The pink Feltzer she spends the parent game trying to sell is parked there.
Two and a half minutes, no scratches
The only two conditions are the clock and the bodywork, so the mission is a driving exercise: pick the nearest cafe and take the cleanest line to it rather than the fastest.
Post from the cafe
Using a machine in the internet cafe sets the meeting up, and leaving the building ends the mission.
