Briefing
Trevor shows a visiting Triad representative around his meth operation, and the tour is interrupted by a rival gang attacking the lab. What follows is a defence of the building with Chef, and a guest left locked in a freezer throughout.
The mission that establishes what Trevor's business actually is, and puts him into an alliance he will destroy two missions later.

Walkthrough
Holding the lab
Thirty-two kills inside four and a half minutes, with Chef beside you. Keep to cover as much as possible.
Scrap Man
Six vehicles have to be destroyed, and the Phoenixes that flee at the end of the shootout are the reliable source — go outside for them. The gas canisters around the lab help.
The freezer
Tao Cheng and his translator spend the fight locked in the ice box, which is what the last objective is about.
Gold Medal
4 criteria, all of which have to be met in a single run. Failing one does not fail the mission — it costs the medal.
Body Count
Kill 32 enemies.

Complete with minimal damage to health and armour.
