GTA: San AndreasLas Venturas

High Noon

Mission 94 of 105Story mission

01/03

Briefing

Tenpenny and Pulaski drive Carl out to Las Brujas and hand him a shovel, and the hole he digs is meant to be his own. Hernandez is already dead, Tenpenny leaves, and Pulaski is left to finish it.

He runs instead, and the mission is the chase across the desert that follows. It is the settling of everything C.R.A.S.H. has done since the airport, and it is the only one of the three Carl gets to finish himself.

Walkthrough

  1. The grave

The digging is scripted and nothing is asked of the player during it. What happens to Hernandez is the mission establishing that Pulaski is not going to let Carl walk away.

  2. The chase

Pulaski runs for a car and the desert around Las Brujas is open ground with no cover on it. Getting to a vehicle fast is what keeps him in sight; the mission is a pursuit rather than a firefight, and running him off the road ends it as cleanly as shooting does.
