Catalina's view is that Carl has been neglecting her, and she has a way of raising the subject that leaves him tied to the furniture. The scene is played for comedy and is not especially interested in whether Carl is enjoying it.
There is no gameplay in it. Two more of her robberies open up afterwards, and which two depends on which are already done.

Home in Los Santos after five years in Liberty City for his mother's funeral, and stopped by the same two police officers who drove him out. Rebuilding the family's standing turns into rebuilding most of the state's.
