Ken Rosenberg is running Caligula's for three families who do not trust each other, and he is not coping. Two Englishmen he knew in Vice City — Kent Paul and a drummer called Maccer — are lost in the desert, and Carl is sent to find them.
They are found at a snake farm, in a condition that requires a detour, and then delivered to Rosenberg's casino. It is the mission that brings the Vice City thread into San Andreas and sets up the whole Caligula's chapter.
The mission checks the vehicle before it will let the pick-up happen, and arriving in something with one spare seat means driving back out for another car. Take a Journey or anything four-door from the start.
The route runs out to where the pair are stranded, on to the snake farm, and then all the way back to the Strip. Nothing attacks the car — the length of the drive is the mission.

Home in Los Santos after five years in Liberty City for his mother's funeral, and stopped by the same two police officers who drove him out. Rebuilding the family's standing turns into rebuilding most of the state's.
