Mission 97 of 105Story mission
Madd Dogg's mansion in Mulholland has been taken over by Big Poppa and the Vagos while he was in Las Venturas, and Carl's crew fly down to take it back. The Triads come in by air onto the roof.
Winning it gives Madd Dogg his house and Carl a safehouse in Los Santos, which is the first foothold he has had there since The Green Sabre. Everything after this happens at home.
The Triads land after Carl and the objective is explicit that none of them may die once they are down. That makes the roof a defence rather than an assault, and it is the phase most likely to fail the mission.
The mansion is cleared floor by floor with the crew following. This is the same building Carl burgled for a rhyme book much earlier, approached from the opposite direction.
Big Poppa leaves by car and the objective names the method: run him off rather than shoot him out. Ramming from behind into the corners of the Mulholland roads is what ends it.

Home in Los Santos after five years in Liberty City for his mother's funeral, and stopped by the same two police officers who drove him out. Rebuilding the family's standing turns into rebuilding most of the state's.
