Mission 73 of 90Story mission
Phil Bell wants a truckload of Triad heroin and the truck is already moving by the time Niko reaches the depot. What follows is the most physical sequence in the game: Niko has to catch the truck, take hold of the back of it, and climb along the outside of a moving articulated lorry to reach the cab.
Nothing else in GTA IV asks for this, and it is not a formality — Niko can come off.
Take cover behind the brick wall at the alley and work through the men in the yard. Something with reach — an assault or carbine rifle — is what this stage wants.
Once most of them are down one drives off with it. Sprint to the marker behind the trailer to grab the bumper, then climb up onto the roof.
Hold on through the corners. Watch the road ahead and lean back as each turn arrives — Niko will be thrown off otherwise, and the climb starts again.
With the driver dealt with, the run to the old villa in Westdyke is a matter of getting the truck into the marker. Whatever Niko arrived at Phil's office in is gone after the opening scene, so do not turn up in something worth keeping.
Who this mission brings together, and the ground it covers.
