Briefing
The Pavanos are found at a diner and the mission is the retaliation for the refinery. It is short, direct and entirely a car chase — Pegorino wants them dead and does not care where.
It is also one of the few places in single-player where the Comet turns up on its own, which is worth knowing for anybody collecting cars.

Walkthrough
The diner
The Pavanos leave as Niko arrives, so there is no fight on foot at the start and no advantage in approaching carefully.
Running them down
The objective is the whole group rather than the lead car, so it runs until every one of them is down — a pursuit across Alderney rather than a single takedown.
