Briefing
Gerald's plan for the Ancelottis is to take the don's daughter, and the way in is a car advertisement. Gracie Ancelotti is selling a pink Feltzer; Niko answers the ad, arrives as a buyer, and asks to take it for a test drive with her in the passenger seat.
It is one of the game's better jokes about how much of Liberty City's crime is conducted through classified listings.

Walkthrough
The advertisement
The listing is on autoeroticar.com and it has to be read at a Tw@ cafe — a safehouse computer will not do. Save the number attached to the pink Feltzer.
Calling her
Gracie answers between eight in the morning and nine at night, and not outside those hours. The call is what sets the meeting at her house in Alderney.
The test drive
Drive to the coast as asked. Driving badly enough to alarm her starts the kidnapping early — the mission handles it and reissues the objective, but the calm version is easier.
The run to the safehouse
Once she knows what is happening she grabs at the wheel and tries to get out, which makes the car difficult to place. Niko eventually knocks her out and the driving settles down; until then, expect to be fighting the steering.
