Mike
A small-time Liberty City criminal working one last stretch of jobs with his partner Vinnie, on the understanding that the two of them leave the city afterwards. Vinnie's death in a car bombing ends that plan and starts the story.
- Not to be confused with Mike, a supporting character in GTA: Vice City. Two different people who share a first name, in different games and different cities.
